Agreement

By purchasing, registering for or using a WebieDev product or service, you agree to the terms shown at checkout and any product-specific terms that apply to that service.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity performed through your account. Workspace and staff access should be granted only to authorized users.

Subscriptions and licenses

Features, limits, billing periods, device limits and renewal terms are determined by the plan shown at checkout or in the relevant customer portal. Access may be suspended when a subscription expires, a payment is reversed, a license is revoked for fraud or abuse, or use violates these terms.

Acceptable use

Services must be used lawfully. You may not use WebieDev products to abuse systems, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware or interfere with service security.

Availability and changes

We may update software, infrastructure and features to improve security, reliability or functionality. Third-party platform integrations can change independently and may affect compatibility.

Custom development

Custom software work is governed by the agreed scope, milestones, payment terms and delivery acceptance for that project.
